	I had to get all of my officers into the bank in person with drivers licenses and SSNs. And the result was they almost removed ME from the account as a signer, so be aware of that potential!

	In Texas have applications submitted in mid Jan. The Trustees award in February, we pay out once in the Fall and once in the Spring directly to the student. The student also has to submit to us verification of enrollment both in the Fall and Spring.

	Ours more similar to TX  - applications in fall, interviews in Dec, awards made, awards are made for the following year. 1/2 in the fall and 1/2 in the spring. Very occasionally we give one for the upcoming spring when the student is going to graduate.
