General Policy Once services have been rendered—whether partially or fully—clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the time of cancellation. Because time, labor, and resources are invested in providing these services, fees for completed work are non‑refundable. 2. Cancellation After Services Have Begun If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, the client will be billed for: All services performed up to the cancellation. 3. Completed Services Services that have been fully delivered are non‑refundable under all circumstances. 4. Client Responsibility It is the client’s responsibility to communicate cancellations or errors promptly. Delays in communication do not exempt the client from charges for work performed. 5. Exceptions Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the service provider in cases of: Documented emergencies Provider‑initiated cancellations Situations where no work has begun Rush Work Clause Rush work is billed in full once started and is not eligible for partial refunds.
